People often said Petaling Street have 2 famous Beef noodles stalls; I believe you all agree…well I happen to drop by 1 of the stalls to taste. I only manage to take the noodles scene as the heavy rain was block my phone camera talking a clear picture (using N70) for the stall appearances (guess should upgrade to SonyEricsson K800 with 3.2 pixel camera).
Listen to my mum and dad, they advice to taste a great beef noodle try to order the dry noodles with soup separate, don’t forget to order the beef organs and meatball as your soup ingredient.
The topping for dry noodle is mince beef meat, and the beef meatball is often handmade…this often let you taste the chef kung fu.
What my stomach said:
I have compare another famous beef noodles in far side of Petaling street, taste great than this….but for those cant walk too far but just to taste a beef noodles in Petaling street…I can recommend this to you – great as well.
How to eat:
Please make yourself earlier, try to order dry noodles with their Hakka noodles (home made) and mix ingredient soup, find a place to sit down and enjoy…well chili lover don’t forget the home made chili sauces mix with the noodles.
Location:
Easy to locate, next to Petaling street Popular Book Shop (old) have a food court, the stall just beside the food court. The stall only open after 7pm….until they finish everything.
Well, wish you good luck in cuisine hunting.
