MalCui – Discovery in Ipoh Part 1

MalCui – Discovery the Ipoh Origin of Dim Sum

Chinese have never missed out the Dim Sum as their breakfast in the morning, well if you happen to reach Ipoh in the early morning, please try to make yourself way to this restaurant for a delicious Dim Sum.

富士 (Fuji) Dim Sum restaurant – offering more than 100 choices and is hardly one time for us to try every single dim sum, well I guess I have to make my way again for second and third time.

Recommendation of Dim Sum;

马来糕 (Malay Cake) and 大容饱 (Da Rong Paw), master chef Chan Kam highly recommended that must try this 2 dim sum, because the taste is so unique compare with other Dim Sum restaurant.

马来糕 (Malay Cake) and 大容饱 (Da Rong Paw) - recommended by master chef Chan Kam.

Wide variety of Dim Sum serving, some can be familiar in KL Dim Sum restaurant.

Wow...fish ball, i love it...

What my stomach said:

Fascinating, delicious dim sum and the ambience of pure Chinese environment, but the crowd of people are massive. Please if you going to try this in Ipoh, please make yourself early to queue up….especially in Saturday and Sunday.

Beside, I have to apologize for those non pork eater people, major dim sum are make of pork meat, but minor are make from fish meat paste or chicken meat.
Well, it was too many that I can introduce, please if you happen to drop by Ipoh for a day trip, please schedule your trip early for dim sum in Ipoh.
