MalCui – Have any tried this type of Clay Pot “Mice” Noodles?

MalCui – What you guess is inside this Clay Pot??

I was surprise when my fren bring me to try this Clay Pot “Mice” Noodles near by Serdang area. Normally what we eat is minced pork meat black tick sources with fresh egg on top.

Well, look at the picture I snapped…you won believe is what we call Clay Pot “Mice” Noodles, with white sources, mushroom, and some kind of deep fried crunchy pork fat with salted fish together as topping.

Second, we usually order vegetable when we eat outside. Why? Simple…to taste a good chef kung fu is to taste the most simple and yet normal dishes. This fried vegetable is superb cook…well it does manage reserve the freshness after cooked.

One of my love dishes, fried deer meat with Chinese onion, this was very well cooked with tick sources, mouth watering each time you put a meat inside your mouth.

Lastly, deep fried home made crispy tofu – yet a simple dishes but great taste to try, I guess kids will love it.

What my stomach said:
Overall, was fascinating to me…such a normal appearance restaurant have such well cook Chinese cuisine. I believe what my parents told – don’t judge a book by its cover.

This 4 dishes I order is yet simple for any one who order before…but is difficult for a chef handle well to cook such a above standard dishes.

I have stop to this restaurant for more than 2 times but each time is order 2 people serving, cant taste all in a short period of time.

How to eat:
Simple…eat while serving hot! Mix the Clay Pot “Mice” Noodles with the crunchy topping; try the fried vegetable in hot serving. The deer meat is a little salty but is good serve with the noodle, and finally the fried crispy tofu can slowly taste when you had the 3 serving after.
